We are a fast-growing education and training provision offering a wide range of active leisure, health and business management apprenticeships to help both individuals and businesses grow.

We offer tailored, on-site training for employers to help optimise their organisations potential and to provide fresh skills and knowledge to new and existing personnel. Our team of assessors have a wide range of work-based experience from the leisure industry to retail.

We deliver a flexible, blended learning experience; using technology and face-to-face support to engage the apprentice and provide a positive learning experience.

We identified a key shortfall in post 16 education and support in to employment – a lack of flexibility! Many providers offered the same off-the-shelf solutions that were failing to meet what both industry and the clients needed and wanted. This refreshing change has been, and continues to be a welcome dynamic for employers, partners and clients, seeing Activfirst grow from strength to strength.
